BI Developer

A leading Charity is looking for an experience Business Intelligence Developer with strong experience across CRM systems and SSIS packages to join the data team on an immediate basis. This is a key recruit for the company with interviews taking place next week.

Business Intelligence Developer – Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and delivering software within data team to help with data importing, data load and data transformation.
• Execute bulk data imports onto the CRM
• Improve and streamline data flows, creating and standardising data import tools to prompt import into the CRM.
• Work in collaboration with other functions to capture requirements for ad hoc data collection, ensuring data consistency and compliance
• Trouble-shooting any problems with datasets, data transformations and data loads.
• Check and prepare files from external suppliers for processing into the CRM

Business Intelligence Developer – Requirements:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent or relevant work experience
• Significant experience with CRMs (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Raiser’s Edge) and fundraising technologies (for example, First Class)
• Strong SQL and SSIS experience is essential
• Experience using Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel
• Experience working in a Fundraising environment is a plus
• Ability to manage time and work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills including strong communication

The salary bracket for this role is £35,000 – £40,000 with interviews happening ASAP.
