A growing healthcare start-up based in London are looking to bring on a Customer Experience Manager to join the team, working across their digital platforms.

The Company

The business are a healthcare specialist who use AI algorithms and healthcare professionals to connect customers struggling with health issues with the best solutions. They have a great cross functional team of healthcare specialists along with their tech team and are now looking to bring on an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to work within the Experience and Design team.

Customer Experience Manager Role

The client are looking for someone to be involved in every element of the customers digital journey, designing and refining every point to make it as user friendly as possible.

You will be a key part of the Customer Experience and Design team, creating solutions and tackling problems from the user’s point of view to ensure the best results. You will be essential in creating customer journeys and carrying out user research.

The ideal candidate will have worked within the healthcare sector but this is not essential. They would like someone with hands-on experience of CX design methodologies and an eye for beautiful design work.

Customer Experience Manager Requirements

  • Hands on customer experience design experience.
  • User testing and research, journey mapping, qualitative research.
  • Problem solver.
  • Figma, Illustrator, Keynote, Google Workspace.
