An exciting Animation studio based in London are looking to take on a Lighting & Compositing Artist for a 3-4 month contract to work on their latest TV project.

The company in question dedicate their services to providing innovative animated solutions for a variety of clients. Their services span the broadcasting, advertising, and film industries and they create bespoke animations in order to fulfill diverse creative briefs.

Lighting & Compositing Artist Role

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a new project to get stuck into. The end client is a well-known TV company who showcase industry-leading content. This project in particular is a cartoon show with a high-end finish.

Lighting & Compositing Artist Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone with strong experience using the following software packages:

• Maya
• Redshift
• After Effects

A strong portfolio which demonstrates similar work to the cartoon style they are working in for this project will standout to the client. They have also highlighted that any experience with Python scripting is a massive benefit, however not essential.

They are offering £300 – £350 per day and the opportunity to work on a project that will have extensive exposure.

The interview process will consist in a mix of technical and competency questions, as well as a detailed run through of your portfolio.
