A Surrey based client specialising in next generation communications technology has an opening for a Embedded C Linux Kernel Engineer to work with them remotely on a two year contractual basis. The company is a small bespoke telecommunications specialist and has an agile team of 15 specialists across embedded, electronics and RF.
Linux Kernel Engineer Role
The role includes completing Embedded C development onto ARM controllers as well as Linux Kernel and Driver development. There is also scope to complete board bring up and communication protocol work. You will be working independently on tasks and expecting to contribute value with short lead times. Should the situation with the pandemic improve an on-site presence to the Richmond offices will be required but until then the work is to be completed remotely.
