A leading Digital Marketing Agency is looking to for a Media Performance Analyst to join their team. This role will suit a specialist media analyst who has demonstrable experience in media mix modelling, comms planning insight and building data-driven media execution with agency side media specialists. A passion for creating and applying industry leading approaches to media reporting, prediction and audience planning is a must-have for this role.

Salary: Up to £50,000 + benefits

Start date: Immediate

This role is fully remote while Covid-19 restrictions are still in place but will require going onto their London office once restrictions are lifted.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree level qualification in a statistical field e.g. Economics, Mathematics
  • 3.5+ years’ experience working within a global media agency team as performance and planning analyst
  • Comfortable with digital analytics platforms and experience blending behavioural clickstream data with media performance to optimise conversions and improve ROAS
  • Background in supporting data scientists in conducting large scale data analysis / modelling to support business decision making. Significant experience in constructing multi-touch attribution and leveraging for driving effectiveness
  • Hands-on expertise implementing cross-channel media tagging and measurement
  • Hands-on expertise in DMP technologies and integrating seamlessly into media activation
  • Any of the following programming languages: Python, SQL, R, JavaScript
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledgeable in data visualisation using Tableau, Data Studio, PowerBi
  • Knowledgeable in Google Analytics/or Adobe Analytics
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience of identifying, implementing and measuring the impact of scaled 1st and 2nd party data in media activity (inc. look-a-like modelling, DCO, triggers and predictive modelling) as well as future-proofing measurement in a post-3rd party cookie landscape
  • Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects; with proven ability to produce media insight packs pro-actively for internal teams and client meetings
  • Demonstrable experience in cross-channel media measurement and brand-impact studies (e.g. combined journey analysis and brand lift studies to close the performance loop)
  • An ability and interest in working in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment.
  • Impeccable verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an proven experience producing and presenting compelling media insight to very senior (Head of +) business and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience and knowledge of database technologies
  • Experience with infrastructure automation
  • Experience working in large data warehouse environments
  • Technical project management
  • Experience with cloud (Google Cloud, AWS or similar) is a plus
  • Experience with ETL is a plus
