A rapidly growing software solution provider are currently offering an urgent opportunity for an experienced PMO Change and Support Officer to join the team in planning the successful operation and future growth of the company through a major change project.
PMO Officer Responsibilities:
As PMO Change and Support Officer you will have the chance to develop and test your support skillset, whilst making an immediate difference to a fast paced team as they undergo acquisition and integration of a number of complex lateral businesses. There will also be an integration between software products including NetSuite, Kimble and Salesforce and so a sound understanding of how these interact would be beneficial. This role will involve supporting the PMO lead and SMT in the organisation and facilitation of programme management activities whilst also managing key stakeholders through effective investigation and approval of change.
This is an Agile environment and so a background of applying structured methodology and leading change management activities is key. The successful PMO Change and Support Officer will be self-motivated, a problem solver and have a great skillset of PMO knowledge. There will be some travel involved moving forwards and so someone who is eager to showcase their skills on a national stage is needed.
PMO Officer Requirements:
