A market leading prop-tech start up in Central London are on the lookout for a Permanent Product Owner to join their team, to work closely with key stakeholders across the business and define and communicate the vision and constantly prioritise the Prodcut roadmap.
The company are an innovative prop-tech disruptor, creating new and innovative ways of bringing together people with their ideal new property. They are quickly becoming one of the fastest growing companies in the prop-tech sector and work with major estate agents across the UK to bring property into one central hub.
Product Owner Role
As the Product Owner, you will be owning and maintaining the backlog against the suite of products, working closely with the development team and ensuring that requirements are documented and communicated across the business at all times. You will also be working closely with SCRUM teams to communicate priorities, using sprint performance measures, consistently liaising with teams across the business and reporting to the CTO.
You will have the opportunity to ensure and influence ongoing communication of roadmap and delivery plans, ensuring value delivering in line with the overall company vision as well as leading sprint planning meetings, feature priorities and deliverables needed to meet the overall sprint goal, while leading sprint review and demo sessions to determine features delivered and the next spring goals.
Essential and Desirable Experience for the Product Owner Role
In return, you will receive a salary of between £40,000-£55,000, excellent training and a great training package. The interview process includes a telephone interview and a zoom interview. Telephone interviews are being booked in as soon as Thursday 9th March.
