A payments fintech that are passionate about allowing immigrants to send money back home to emerging markets are looking for a Recruiter to join their growing team.

You will be leading the internal recruitment in an award winning start-up who have a renowned entrepreneur founder.

Responsibilities of the Recruiter include:

  • Leading the internal recruitment to hire high quality candidates
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from sourcing to placement
  • Leading sourcing, creating job posts, working with agencies and using referrals to find the best candidates on the market
  • Communicate with internal hiring managers and external sourcing partners
  • Optimising the candidate experience wherever possible

Requirements of the Recruiter include:

  • Previous experience working for a tech start-up or fintech
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong multitasker, self-motivated and start-up mentality
  • Confident recruiting a wide range of both tech and G&A roles in different geographies including Europe, USA, India etc
  • Mission driven – whether that be passionate about remittances, charity work or other.

The company are offering £40,000 – £60,000 depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a company that are working on an important and global mission of transforming remittances worldwide.
